Every belt passes through the hands of one artisan from the first cut of the hide to the final burnish on the edge. The tools on the bench were used by the maker's grandfather. The technique has not changed in sixty years.

Appears to be a nice quality, especially liked the fast shipping for “Made in Italy” product. We will see how they last! Check back in 6 months. :)
Naturally, I didn't follow the very clear size ordering instructions, so when my belts came in they were too short. My fault, entirely. I emailed and shared my mistake and was immediately contacted by a very friendly human rep who sent me the return label and assured me that the new belts would be on their way as soon as they received them. In no time at all, my new belts arrived. They fit like a glove and have gotten a lot of comments. 5 star service and product quality!!!

I ordered two of these belts which are terrific. Even better is the customer service. I noticed after placing my order, that the discount for ordering the second belt was not applied. I emailed Customer Service and the discount resulting in a credit was promptly applied. Then, a few days later, I received an email notifying me that the second belt would be delayed in shipping due to weather. I appreciated Customer Service being pro active. Even better, I was given a $20 discount on a future order as a result of any inconvenience I experienced as a result of the delay. A really nice jesture. As I said, the belts are terrific as is Customer Service.
